No binding agreement exists between you and Hado's, until there is an order confirmation from us.
Service
- At the time of placing your order some of our products may be out of stock, as they are carefully handcrafted one by one and in small quantities, some of them limited edition. For this reason the order can be ready in 5 to 7 days.

Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to volume. We reserve the option to cancel the order if the calculation is not correct.
- Goods are shipped within 5 to 7 working days from order confirmation. Packages take an average of 4 working days from the time of dispatch in Spain and up to ten working days outside Spain.
Customs
- It is the customer's responsibility to pay customs in their own country after receiving the goods.
Returns
- At hados we make every effort to deliver items within the specified time frame and in perfect condition.
- In the unlikely event that the purchase is not to your liking, please notify us within 24hrs of receiving the package and you must return the item in its original packaging within 7 days.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Please have proof of postage as we cannot assume responsibility for damage or loss of product during transit.
- Upon receipt of the product you will be refunded in full in the manner in which you made payment within 14 days.
- The cost of returned goods is the responsibility of the customer.
