Have you ever sat and watched how the shore receives the sea?
I invite you to do so because that is where you will understand the meaning of these works. There are so many natural nuances, I would say they are infinite, as is this game between the water and the shore.
Calm seas calm shores calm shores, rough seas rough shores, it's a constant change, an energy that comes to us in constantly changing forms.
I love this series because it leads me to create paintings with surprises, each one different from the other and always a challenge... Some paintings speak to you of softness in the face of fear, others of clarity in the face of confusion, and you come to understand that Sea Skin is a simile of the process of living. A fluid, light and fresh work.

La Medina Canaria, is a series of works dedicated to the Canarian cliffs and their construction of houses that have been converted into small, colourful, disorderly medinas in the manner of one, which go down the mountains towards the sea.
They attract my attention and sometimes I have avoided looking at them, it is an astonishment, I don't like them because they lack order and a harmonious aesthetic. There is also a lack of vegetation in their streets and corners. They are a chaotic visual impact, but I know that there are different tastes, that our tourists find them amusing and like from another era. These neighbourhoods are like branches of the buildings in African cities, without taking away their charm, situation and beauty.
I have painted them to get to know them and to make them fun, as they fill our hills that go down to the sea, to the city and I see them every day on my way to my studio.
I am already more fond of them because when I paint them I see them so cheerful and fun, and I have also noticed that their grace depends on the sun and the sky with which Gran Canaria dawns.

I walked through the forest, naked after the storm, following the path. The trees tucked me in and the leaves sang in whispers around me. The earth gave me the scent of petricor and for a moment I was forest, tree and leaf. And then I never felt naked again.

Shoals of fish that sparkle with a ray of sunshine. I immerse myself in this pure and liquid crystal, blue and green colours envelop my body. Rough but calm currents that rock me among the shiny silver of the sardines. Wild nature that manages to enter my retina and that I then transform with my brush.
I go for more fish, for more life... letting myself be carried away.

All flowers are beautiful.
Even the most humble, born among the grasses, invite our gaze to unfold through their tones and textures.
In honour of nature's innate beauty, I enter a plant space that lovingly reproduces the harmony and perfection of this world.

Have you ever felt that the beauty of nature is something created by magical beings?
This is what happens to us when we marvel at such a captivating and inexplicable spell.
These forests fill us with emotion and we feel life all around us in the form of ethereal beings that welcome us and intoxicate our senses.
